    The black one was beautiful too. In the sun it had iridescent green shimmers.

    Thanks so much!!! They were the cutest bunch of ducks. Not that scared at all. They let me get so close and only wandered into the water after I poked the camera at them over and over.

  15. We occasionally get ducks or geese on our lake, but they are really wild and won't let anyone get close.

    I only recently found out there are ducks at the park where got this photo. I know it's a really busy park, so I'm sure the ducks see lots of people and they must be really used to people getting close to them. This big white one was actually very curious and even after he got in the water he paddled back and forth to check me out.
