Her eyes and mouth look very relaxed, so I don't think she's feeling any pain or discomfort… I'm guessing she's used to being dressed up….probably gets lots of treats too. There are some animals who really enjoy playing the game and getting lots of attention. I wouldn't like it if she looked scared.

agreed, some animals do like dress-up, hamming it up or being the star (the grinning parading horse over at LOIL's blog springs to mind); this one, not so sure but at least s/he doesn't look terrified so that's something good.

Horsie is a life guard, so she get's in for free and even gets to swim after hours !!!
