Little lovey-bird!! I used to have a gold collar mini-macaw. They've got the dickens in them, I'll say that! My kitty was afraid of him!Yamaha is a great name for a little bird!
And before you know it, that bird has dyed all its feathers in black, and has started some new synthpop band.(It's a Generation X joke, I'll forgive you if you don't get it)

Synthpop= synthesizer pop– many such bands were known for having synthesizers, electronic keyboards, etc. instead of the common lead guitar, rhythm guitar, bass, and drums of a classic rock band.Many synthpop bands emerged during the New Wave movement of the late '70s and early '80s (which was a sort of cool, detached response to punk), and the New Romantic movement of the early '80s, but some were just in the genre of their own right (such as Kraftwerk). The "pop" sound of early Depeche Mode, Yaz(oo!) (Yaz in the U.S., Yazoo in the U.K.), Erasure, and other bands probably contributed to the name.Electronica lives on in New Wave successors– "darkwave" with Gothic punk, etc.Not quite as funny when you have to explain it. Oh well.
